Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

Limited exceptions.
We will issue a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

• Technical failure — the file is corrupted, incomplete, or you are unable to access your download due to an error on our end.
• Duplicate purchase — you were accidentally charged more than once for the same item, and the duplicate has not been downloaded.
• Wrong item delivered — you received a file that does not match what you purchased.

Contact us at [Info@BYAdvisory.co] within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Not eligible for refund.
Change of mind, purchasing the wrong product by mistake once it has been downloaded, or dissatisfaction with the content itself are not grounds for a refund, given that a full product description is available for review prior to purchase.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal.
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you ordinarily have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, because our products are digital content delivered immediately and not supplied on a tangible medium, this right ends once download or access begins — provided you have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result. You are asked to confirm this consent at checkout before your purchase is completed.
